Paid for the full interior and exterior wash plus added the small SUV trunk vacuum. Terrible car wash. I do t think the interior front window was cleaned at all, there is still dirt in the door handles and cup holders, and they never even touch the trunk, which was full of easily vacuumable debris. Terrible wash for the money. Go elsewhere.

The lack of customer service and pure competence at this location now is astounding. I went through the car wash not once, not twice, but three times and spoke to 3 different people about how I paid for a Wash and Wax and how the under carriage and waxing lights were not turning on and it was not occurring. This is the second time it’s occurred too. The teenagers working there were rude, and the manager Jos Way wasn’t helpful at all and just as clueless I used to have a membership here but the service has been total garbage. It all started once they got rid of their complimentary towel dry. I wound up getting my money back, but I left in anger due to the complete lack of understanding to get a simple task done.

Their system failed today, leaving my car stuck on the pathway for 15 minutes without being washed. While stuck, a piece of equipment hit my car. This caused scratches on my brand new car's back roof. This is unacceptable

I switched to this place because the other carwash in evanston had terrible service. This one is decently average but it also doesn't fully clean the back. This place is open early, has plenty of staff, perhaps too many even but not a bad thing. Perhaps spare one of your staff to be at the wash area to powerjet the back of the cars, your machine doesn't hit the trunk and back bumper all the way. Try to watch it next time you managers/owners are here and look closely at the back of the cars, the plate number area and the area above it doesnt get touched by the scrubbers and barely gets blasted by the rinser and dryers.

This place is a bit hit or miss unfortunately, depending on which worker you get, I think. It’s a shame because I think they all mean well, they just do a really shoddy job sometimes. Today I bought the whole car service, which weirdly doesn’t include mats or cargo space, so I paid extra for that, which came to $57. Which is fine if they do a great job. However, they didn’t touch the trunk (I had to remind them it was there), they sprayed some dabs of wheel brite on 2 wheels, left trash in the door pockets and a wet rag on the back seat (which I found when I got home). I s’pose at least I got a free rag that I can clean my car down myself with in the future.
